Qualification
On successful completion of the course you will be receive a Nationally recognised Level 3 Award in Project Management Fundamentals.
Course Content (inclusive but not limited to:)
- Understand Project Management Principles: Learn to define projects, analyze failure factors, recognize influencers, and understand delivery frameworks.
- Develop Project Plans: Create detailed plans with tasks, timelines, resources, budgets, and business cases for approval.
- Manage Project Challenges: Use tools like RAAIDD logs, highlight reports, and budget trackers to monitor progress and address issues.
- Navigate Project Lifecycle: Understand phases from initiation to benefit realization and manage transitions to business-as-usual operations.
- Engage Stakeholders: Identify stakeholders, assess their influence, and adapt communication strategies to ensure alignment and support.
- Apply Project Management Techniques: Use methods like risk management, change control, and performance monitoring to achieve project goals.
