TLM Level 3 Award in Skills for Material Handling Equipment Assessors / QAN 610/1221/X

Our Ofqual-regulated Level 3 Award in Material Handling Equipment Assessors, equips future assessors with the skills and understanding required to evaluate Material Handling Equipment operators effectively. The course focuses on how to support learners in safety, risk awareness, and best practices for operating forklifts and other Material Handling vehicles across various workplace environments.

Qualification

On successful completion of the course you will receive a Nationally recognised Level 3 Award of Skills for Material Handling Equipment Assessors.

Mandatory Units

• Unit 1 – Material Handling Equipment Assessors (4 credits)

Optional Units

• Level 3, Unit 2 – Rider-operated lift trucks (1 credits)
• Level 3, Unit 3 – Hydraulic Lift Loaders (1 credits)
• Level 3, Unit 4 – variable reach rough terrain lift truck operators (1 credits)
• Level 3, Unit 5 – Overhead Crane Operators (1 credits)
• Level 3, Unit 6 – Moffet Mounted Rider operated lift trucks (1 credits)
• Level 3, Unit 7 – Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (1 credits)

Duration

• Guided Learning Time – 35 Hours
• Total Qualification Time – 50 Hours

Group Size

As the teaching and assessment is tailored to the individual the group size will not exceed 3 candidates. (Courses will comply with current Covid-19 Government guidelines).
