Our Ofqual-regulated Level 3 Award in Professional Competence for Forklift Truck Operations equips learners with the essential skills, knowledge, and competence to operate rider-operated lift trucks safely and effectively, in line with HSE guidelines. Forklift truck training is ideal for individuals wishing to build confidence developing new forklift operating skills, enhance their employment opportunities, or renew an existing forklift operator certification.
On successful completion of the course you will be receive a Nationally recognised Level 3 Award of Professional Competence in understanding the principles, practice, safe use, and operation of Forklift Trucks.

The duration will take into consideration prior knowledge:
Experienced Operator – 8 Hours Guided Learning – including classroom and physical assessment plus 3 hours home study.
Novice – 16 Hours Guided Learning – including classroom and physical assessment plus 3 hours home study. Novice timings are a minimum depending on the number of trainees to a maximum of 3.
As the teaching and assessment is tailored to the individual the group size will not exceed 3 candidates. (Courses will comply with current Covid-19 Government guidelines).
